The Law Offices Of Hee Sun Kim
Because members of my own family are Bay Area attorneys, I was brought up with respect not only for the law, but also for those who turn to lawyers for advice and guidance. I understand that a sophisticated estate plan embraces your values and helps you to shelter those people you care for most.
Approachable And Personable
Estate planning is a complex area of law. For you to make informed decisions about the array of legal tools available to shelter assets as they are transferred, I will discuss with you the many choices you have in estate planning and answer all your questions. I also will give you clear, understandable advice and guidance as you weigh your options, and then I will put your decisions into action using my knowledge of the law and attention to detail.
My dedication to my clients makes the difference in estate and trust administration, as well as in estate planning. Many times, I have provided representation to a member of a family, only to have the parents later come to my office and then a sibling or two or the client's friends. When people know that their lawyer is client-focused, competent and efficient, they are often eager to recommend the law firm to those closest to them.
